Trong quá trình cài đặt Zimbra (zcs-7.1.3_GA_3346.RHEL6_64.20110928134428) trên centos 6 , sau khi đồng ý license để tiếp tục thì xảy ra lỗi sau:

ERROR: Installation can not proceeed. Please fix your /etc/hosts file
to contain:

<ip> <FQHN> <HN>

Where <IP> is the ip address of the host,
<FQHN> is the FULLY QUALIFIED host name, and
<HN> is the (optional) hostname-only portion

Mình đã sửa file host lại như vậy:
127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
192.168.2.50 mail.abc.com.vn mail

Nhưng vẫn báo lỗi như trên, mình không biết sai ở đâu, mọi người giúp với smilie

mình gõ hostname -f : unknow host
mình sửa lại trong file /etc/sysconfig/network và không bị lỗi này nữa, thanks quanta smilie

tiếp tục cài đến ldap thì gặp lỗi

Tạm gác việc cài đặt Zimbra lại, cần thỏa mản những yêu cầu của zimbra trước tiên.
- Dùng DNS sever để tạo record A, MX theo nhu cầu
- Thử dùng host -t mx mail.congty.com.vn coi nó ra cái gì ?
- Tạm thời nên tắt selinux và iptables phải off .
- Thử thêm và gởi thông tin lên đây
# su zimbra
$ zmcontrol status

Chạy thêm xem nó báo thông tin gì nữa
/opt/zimbra/libexec/zmsetup.pl

Phải đảm bảo những điều kiện ở trên để trước khi cài đặ Zimbra.

Mình cài Zimbra theo hướng dẫn của trang này:

Mình nghĩ DNS đã chạy ok hết rùi, Firewall, iptables, ip6tables, selinux đều đã off

host -t mx abc.com.vn
abc.com.vn mail is handled by 10 mail.abc.com.vn.

$ zmcontrol status

password mình đã gõ đúng nhưng vẫn báo sai

mình chạy lại với quyền root vẫn báo lỗi như trên

Tiện đây mình cũng đang thắc mắc chỗ này với ạ.

Cài đặt zimbra thì ok, vào admin console cũng ok hết.
Nhưng vấn đề là mình lại k nhận được mail về vì cái lỗi ở MX record, A record

@virusflu: Bác cài Zimbra đang bị lẫn lộn rồi. Nếu mà server qua NAT thì bác dùng dns local thôi, khi đó MX, A về IP local thôi.
