Kiểm tra lại xem coi zimbra có chạy hay không?

su - zimbra -c "zmcontrol status"

netstat -lpn


Log của zimbra có báo lỗi gì không?

Lúc mình bị lỗi này thì mình thử reinstall lại zimbra là ok smilie

Lỗi Zimbra không start được services thường xảy ra trong quá trình cài đặt
Bạn nên kiểm tra
_ hosts ( thường thì zimbra sẽ lấy hostname local để chạy )
_ MX record ( nslookup/ping/dig check thử cái MX và hostname khi tạo bên domain )
_ stop sendmail/cups tránh bị confict port
Nếu không có xảy ra lỗi gì trong quá trình cài đặt bạn thử " su - zimbra "
_ check zmcontrol status rồi stop start nó lại thử xem

- hiện tại mail cua mình gửi di trong mạng lan voi cac dia chi trihd@mail.vncert1.vn va trihd@vncert1.vn, chieuvd@mail.vncert1.vn, chieuvd@vncert1.vn thi ok nhưng trong mạng lan mình muon gửi sang thang mail exchange thì lại ko được mong bác nào biết xin chi giup

ah mình xin bổ sung thêm là mình gửi mail từ exchange tơi mail chieuvd@mail.vncert1.vn thi duoc nhung gửi vào chieuvd@vncert1.vn thì ko dược
nhưng gửi từ zimbra tới mail exchange thỉ lai ko gửi được

Cái này là do hostname của Zimbra server bạn để là `mail.vncert1.vn` nên lúc cài Zimbra tự nhận domain này.

Tạo thêm một domain khác rồi tạo account:
zmprov cd vncert1.vn
zmprov ca chieuvd@vncert1.vn ...

Cái này là do hostname của Zimbra server bạn để là `mail.vncert1.vn` nên lúc cài Zimbra tự nhận domain này.

 


Hostname thì thường phải để dạng mail.domain.com là đúng mà bác. Còn email có dạng user@mail.domain.com thì là do lúc cài nó hỏi domain nào nhưng bạn không change thành domain.com

Câu hỏi được đặt ra là: tại sao Zimbra không suggest domain chuẩn luôn đi (domain.com), mà lại cứ thích lấy hostname (mail.domain.com) ra để suggest rồi hỏi người ta có muốn change hay không nhỉ? Mấy ai muốn lập mail có địa chỉ dạng `user@mail.domain.com` đâu.

Theo em nghĩ họ suggest vậy để khi login vào Zimbra Admin thì cái tên máy chủ đập vào mắt là mail.domain.com cho dễ hiểu thôi.
