chào các bạn
mình mới download được bản Win orginal dạng ISO về. mình ghi ra đĩa, quá trình cái đặt win diễn ra bình thường.
nhưng sau khi mình driver xong thì không thể nghe nhạc được nữa.

mình vô phần device manager - phát hiện trong phần "sound, video and game controllers" có một phần hiện chữ "I" màu vàng.

cho mình hỏi File ISO bị lỗi, Quá trình burn đĩa sai hay là cài Win sai

mong các bạn chỉ giúp mình

driver sai hả. mình không nghĩ vậy đâu.
driver theo máy mà. mình bảo quản rất tốt. không hề bị xước hay bị ố

Nhấp chuột phải vào phần chấm than màu vàng đó, chọn Properties, tìm mục Device status, nhìn xem cái error code của nó là bao nhiêu:




Sau đó xem thêm ở http://pcsupport.about.com/od/fixtheproblem/tp/device_manager_error_codes.htm để biết lỗi đó là gì.

nó ghi code 28,nhưng mình cài lại với bản win khác lại bình thường
