Job Description:
• Take customer call to provide technical support to help customer fix technical issues
• Daily report progress of customer call
• Be able to take customer call out of office hours
• Report to team leader for daily performance
Qualifications:
• Some level of skill/knowledge of Microsoft Windows / XP / Vista , Linux, Unix, Sun
• Some level of skill/knowledge of PC server, Raid
• Some level of skill/knowledge of Networking and TCP/IP
• Some level of skill/knowledge of operating system
• Some level of skill/knowledge of peripherals, printer
• Fluent in English communication (need to pass an English test)
• Graduated with IT background , prefer experience at least 6 months of service job with IT company
LOCATION & SALARY
+ Hanoi & Ho Chi Minh
+ Salary: 300$ - 400$
