Tình hình là cả con Windows MCE lẫn máy ảo Windows XP SP2 của em đều bị triệu trứng này, bác nào biết cách khắc phục không ạ? thank a lot

Start dịch vụ Remote Access Connection Manager lên. (services.msc)

PS: Có thể Google được bằng từ khóa: "Virtual Private Network connection" + "disabled" (hoặc grayed out)
