/var/lib/dpkg/lock
Cái file này tạo ra để mấy trong cùng một thời điểm không có thằng apt-get khác được chạy. Bây giờ làm gì là chuyện của bạn. apt-get dạo này hay điên lắm, cứ chạy upgrade, update là khùng. Nó không mượt mà như trước nữa. Bạn nó thể đổi sang dùng fedora hoặc archlinux cho khoẻ.
