Job Title System Integration Engineer (Vietnamese Applicants Only) Job Description • Server /Security consultant • To build Server & Storage hardware solutions • Backup and Storages • Set up server for customers • Customer support and PC troubleshooting • On Site Servers Maintenance (Active Directory, File, SQL, Mail, Application) • Regularly visiting customer sites and checking their systems • Reporting and proposing KAIZEN to the customer • Get a customer's requirement correctly, and feedback to Sales and SE Team. • Address simple technical issue and escalate the difficult issue to SE team and Higher Level.
