Rất tiếc không được em ơi. Phải tốt nghiệp rồi, cao đẳng hay đại học đều được. Và phải làm theo ca, có khi phải làm ca đêm nữa (lương ca đêm). Có thêm meal allowance. Hỗ trợ khách hàng các sản phẩm của Lenovo, IBM. Vấn đề nào không tư vấn qua điện thoại được thì sẽ cử engineer hỗ trợ khách hàng tận nơi (đối với sever) hoặc khách hàng đem sản phẩm lên trung tâm cho kỹ sư kiểm tra (đối với sản phẩm laptop, desktop...)]]>
